Amsterdam — September 21st — SGI Aviation announces a firm extension of its worldwide presence, by welcoming to the company its new VP Technical and Area Manager Americas, Mr. Pierre Eriksson.
SGI offers Technical Services and Asset Management activities, Mr. Eriksson addition will enable our US-customer base with direct availability on the continent to the best industry Technical expertise.

Mr. Pierre Eriksson is based in Miami/Fort Lauderdale and the first point of contact for North, Central and South America SGI Aviation Services.

Expertise and knowledge
Pierre brings 30 years of experience in civil aviation. Between 2011 to 2018, Pierre acted as a VP Technical – Americas, for AerCap, handling all technical aspects of aircraft leasing, including being part of the technical team during the acquisition of ILFC. Prior to joining AerCap, between 1998 to 2011, Pierre was an exclusive consultant for GECAS with an extensive involvement of P2F Conversion, challenged asset analysis, MR analysis, repossessions, redeliveries, deliveries, new aircraft development among many other functions as a GECAS Consultant. Pierre began his aviation career in 1986, as a License engineer, held numerous type licenses and retains his US FAA A & P license.
