Asset Management
SGI provides an asset management service to their clients. SGI will administer, including the invoicing for, rent payments, security deposit handling and incoming Maintenance Reserves. SGI maintains a ledger showing any payments of Rent and Maintenance Reserves into the rent collection and maintenance reserves accounts and any withdrawals from such accounts. SGI monitors the Lessee’s payments and liaises with the client and Lessee in connection with the collection of any late payments of Rent and/or Maintenance Reserves.
SGI monitors and verifies the Lessee’s compliance with all applicable maintenance obligations under the lease, on behalf of the client. This includes verifying compliance with Airworthiness Directives, Mandatory Service Bulletins, and other regulatory requirements. SGI incorporates all utilization updates, maintenance activities and modifications embodied by the Lessee in a specialized database. This allows SGI to keep up-to-date Aircraft Technical Specifications.
