SGI Aviation divests CAMO and DOA service

SGI Aviation has completed the divestment of its Irish based CAMO and DOA Organization (called SGI Aviation Ltd.) to Parc Aviation.

SGI Aviation has decided to focus on strengthening its position in the market of its core businesses, which are: overall aircraft and engine lease management services, technical and commercial aircraft and engine consultancy services, regulatory consultancy and training and software development.
