Maintenance Contract Review & Negotiation
SGI seeks tenders and negotiates contracts with Maintenance Organisations and Original Equipment Manufacturers(OEM) on behalf of clients. SGI reviews and re-negotiates contracts at agreed intervals, to ensure the contracts remain in compliance with the clients changing requirements. A full review for compliance with EASA/FAA Regulations is carried out – including the correct technical wording of the contract. With the extensive and up-to-date market experience held by SGI, the client is assured of achieving an attractive contract.
Warranty claims and administration can be a source of revenue, but even so, they can often be neglected. SGI is in a position to manage warranty claims, addressing all issues with the Maintenance Repair and Overhaul organisation (MRO) or OEM to benefit the client.

SGI negotiates maintenance contracts with the chosen Maintenance Organisation/Original Equipment Manufacturer. The SGI team understands the importance of quality of maintenance, accurate turnaround times and completeness of maintenance documentation.
- Maintenance Contract Management
SGI reviews and re-negotiates contracts at agreed intervals. This ensures that contracts remain in compliance with applicable regulations and clients' changing requirements.
