AWG releases report on the international transferability of aircraft

The Aviation Working Group (AWG) released a report compiled by SGI Advisory assessing the economic impact of regulatory safety requirements on the cross-border transferability of aircraft. The study includes both a qualitative and a quantative analysis of the effects of these requirements. The AWG, whose membership is an exclusive club of representatives from the major airframe OEMs, banks and major lessors, called the study of ‘ground breaking’ quality.
