Maintenance Contract Review & Negotiation

SGI will negotiate contracts with your chosen Engine Maintenance Organisation (EMO). During workscope development - and in association with the EMO - SGI reviews all optional modifications and advises on the options available. This allows the client to optimise asset value, enhance marketbility and minimise costs.

While the client concentrates on their core business, SGI provides a full Shop Visit management service, covering the entire process from engine removal, workscope definition, table inspection through to final invoice review and closure.

With the benefit of years of experience on many engine types, the SGI team reviews all appropriate engine technical documentation and compiles an effective workscope. The workscope takes into account; modification standards, reliability issues, cost exposure reduction and contractual requirements.

Financial savings are achieved through material management, effective and regular communication with the maintenance facility, a well-defined workscope and comprehensive review of the final invoice.
