Jade Thorpe

Executive Vice President, Solutions

Born in Bloomington, IN., Jade attended Purdue University where he studied Mechanical Engineering and Engineering Technology. During his time at Purdue he was an active member of Purdue's ROTC Rifle team and ROTC Drill teams. After departing Purdue for a tour of duty with the US Army, Jade earned his degree in Aviation Technology from American Trans Air's Aviation Training Academy.

After several years in the Public Transportation Sector, Jade took a position with Delta Airlines in Atlanta, GA. during his seven year career with Delta, he had a wide degree of exposure; first as an A&P mechanic, then finally as an Analyst and Team Leader in Delta's Technical Procedures group. At Delta, Jade established himself as a creative problem solver and earned a reputation for innovation and inventiveness. He was elected as a finalist for Delta's prestigious Chairman's Award for Innovation in 2004.

After departing Delta in 2004, Jade started a position with Jouve Aviation Solutions as a Project Leader in Irvine, CA. His career with Jouve allowed him again to develop yet another perspective in the aerospace and technology industry. Applying the same innovative style he was known for, Jade quickly established himself as a dynamic leader and an expert in the field of data and publication management, helping Jouve advance itself in the areas of Flight Operations Data management and becoming an evangelist for implementing new technologies in the industry.

In 2006, Jade brought his innovation and leadership to Thrust Aerospace as it's Chief Technology Officer. At Thrust, Jade was responsible for leading the development of all process and software solutions and providing the vision for Thrust's future technologies.
